WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS

11.15am ‘Prize Cow Parade’, have your photo taken with the prize cow and sponsor a square in ‘Plot the Pat’ (on the lawn)
Gerald David Butchers will be bringing their prize winning bulls Dunkery Jack and Fitzroy to parade around the field. You can sponsor a 10x10 meter square and if Dunkery Jack or Fitzroy does his first pat in your square you will win a roll of local beef topside from the butchers.
Dunkery Jack is a 13 month old pedigree Ruby Red Devon Bull who won 'Junior Champion' at Devon County Show and the Bath and West Show this year.
Fitzroy is a 3 year old pedigree Ruby Red Devon Bull who won 'Supreme Champion' at this year's Bath and West Show

11.45am "BBQ demonstration" with the Gerald David butcher & Darts chefs (Courtyard/BBQ hut)
The butchers and the chefs are going to be filling the summer air with the lovely smells of the barbeque when they demonstrate some fantastic ideas for cooking outdoors.

2.30pm "Rock pool Paella" with James Chubb (Estuary Room)
James Chubb is our local Education Ranger from East Devon District Council. He will be showing us how to cook a delicious Rock Pool Paella with lots of great local fish and produce, some of which will be straight from the rock pools of our local beaches.

4pm Cyder taste & talk with (Green Valley Cyder—Farm Shop)
Learn about the traditional methods of how this award winning local cyder is made and taste the finished product.
