Alminstone organic Cheddar (full, nutty flavour, made in North Devon)
Somerset Brie (creamy, with a mild fresh flavour)
Devon Blue( a firm yet creamy  and very savoury cheese made on top of the hills overlooking the River Dart, aged for 9-12 months)
Sharpham Rustic( light open textured, Jersey milk cheese made near Totnes,firm but melts in the mouth)
 Sweet Charlotte (an emmenthal type cheese, sweet, firm & nutty ! made at Jacobstowe, near Okehampton, exclusively for Country Cheeses)

Served with our own chutney, salad leaves,
 Town Mill Bakery bread and local farm butter
